Last July, Scott came out to discuss exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly, respectful, and came across as genuinely honest and professional. He took the time to explain my options, the benefits of choosing RePlace Windows, and provided a very competitive quote. The following week, a technician carried out the survey, which took around an hour and was handled efficiently with minimal disruption. In September, the fitters completed the installation over two days. Although I can’t remember their names, they worked extremely hard, even staying into the evening to make sure everything was finished to a good standard. The windows look great. About a week later, someone also returned to repair the plasterwork, which I really appreciated. Scott then followed up afterwards to make sure everything had gone well — a great level of customer service that really stood out.
