Our Services

We supply German-engineered double-glazing windows in Ayrshire. These windows consist of two glass panels that seal in a layer of air or gas. As a weak thermal conductor, the gas gap slows heat loss, helping retain heat for longer.

Our double-glazed units feature high-performance, low-emissivity (Low-E) glass, making them highly energy efficient. This thermally insulating glass coating allows natural light and long-wave heat radiation into living spaces, maximising solar heat retention.

Our double glazing comes in an array of styles, including casement windows, bay windows, tilt and turn windows and sash windows.

Our triple-glazed windows are the most energy-efficient option in our product range. Triple glazing features an additional glass panel and air gap, offering up to 136% better thermal insulation than single glazing.

Between 42mm and 44mm thick, triple glazed units also provide super soundproofing, making them ideal for home offices or properties near busy roads.

Our triple-glazed units offer superior insulation, helping to lower energy bills in return. We can fit triple glazing to most uPVC styles and composite doors, except patio doors.

uPVC windows are made from Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride, a thermoplastic which can be melted down and reused. These REHAU window frames are durable, sustainable and completely customisable.

uPVC units are a low-maintenance and cost-effective option. Featuring an ‘A’ rating in energy efficiency, these modern windows are made to withstand harsh weather. Each unit is fitted with a multi-point locking system for enhanced security.

Our uPVC doors feature all the same benefits as our uPVC window units. Affordable, recyclable and energy efficient, these uPVC doors are quick to install and highly cost-effective compared to natural wood or composite counterparts.

They come in a variety of colours and styles, including French doors, patio doors, front doors and back doors. They are great for quick home upgrades or aesthetic alterations and can be fitted with double, triple or acoustic glazing.

Composite doors are the go-to choice for hard-wearing, long-lasting doors. Made from a combination of timber, aluminium and glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), not even a sledgehammer stands a chance. These doors are carefully manufactured for maximum durability and weather resistance and feature an advanced Yale multi-point locking system for added security.

Our composite doors can be fitted with double or triple glazing and boast various customisation options. While they are more costly than uPVC doors, their resilience and insulating properties are well worth the investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

The choice between wood and uPVC windows depends on your priorities.

  • uPVC windows are best for low maintenance, energy efficiency and affordability.
  • Wooden windows are better suited to period properties where traditional appearance matters.

For most modern homes, uPVC offers better value and easier upkeep, while timber is typically chosen for aesthetic or heritage reasons.

High-quality double glazing typically lasts 20–25 years when professionally installed and properly maintained. While the frames and glass are built for long-term durability, the most vulnerable component is the sealed unit between the two panes. This seal traps an insulating gas that improves thermal performance and helps reduce heat loss.

Over time, natural wear can cause seals to weaken, which may lead to condensation between the panes and reduced efficiency. Regular cleaning, periodic checks of seals and hinges, and prompt repairs where needed can help maximise lifespan and maintain energy efficiency.
