  Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Kai and his guys. Kai came round to discuss our requirements, explained all the options clearly and was able to provide a quote there and then. The team was professional throughout the entire process - they arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The installation was completed to a high standard and the pricing was competitive. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new doors and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Excellent experience from first point of contact to completion of the job. 5 windows fitted - Scott who came for our original visit was helpful, informative and went out of his way to accommodate a speedy fitting of our bathroom window to allow our bathroom refit to go ahead on time. The rest of our installation was done later as we’d agreed. We were kept well informed by Lynn at the office and the fitters on each occasion were fantastic - fast, tidy and efficient.   Just had new porch doors fitted and we're delighted.   After some damage following the recent storms I decided it was finally time to replace the 20+ year old windows in my 3rd floor tenement flat. Based on the great reviews and feedback I contacted Replace about carrying out the work - Scott was very understanding and talked me through all the different options and showed off the benefits, as well as being able to provide a very competitive quote to carry out the work and give me an installation date right away. When Marcus and his team showed up to do the work they were very professional and hard working and from what I could see had to do a huge amount of work, removing the old frames, rebuilding the existing window boxes and fitting the new windows. The results are great and the recent sunny weather seems to have been perfectly timed! Scott was also able to recommend CSBS to provide blinds as they are a company he used for his own home, which is always a great endorsement.   Re:place windows were the second company we got out to give us a quote to replace all of the windows in our house, and it was like night and day. Not only were they reasonably priced but Scott went through everything in detail, asked what our preferences were and helped me consider everything from the style, shape, and purpose of each window so they were tailored to each room. We discussed safety aspects something which I found particularly helpful as I have a toddler who is prone to climbing, making some of the old casement style windows in a few of the rooms potentially dangerous. When it came to fitting the windows the guys were great, I unfortunately couldn’t be there for most of the install but they were tidy and efficient and on the last day went through what they had done with me and answered any questions I had. At first I was wary about getting my windows replaced, thinking it would be a huge expense with minimal payoff but I couldn’t have been more wrong my rooms look brighter, the house is a lot warmer and I can barely hear the trains going past. I would highly recommend RePlace windows, great company and very helpful and efficient staff.

  From the initial phone call Scott has been attentive and communicative throughout the entire process. Every member of the company that we have dealt with to date have been professional and knowledgeable.
  The windows have been in just under a week now and we are delighted with them. The sash in case windows look perfect in our tenement flat. Better still, we can already feel the difference of finally having double glazing!

  Really tremendous work. I'm in an old flat with very tall windows, and RePlace were able to put new double glazed windows in very quickly and with very little fuss. Two days total for six windows. Huge improvement both in heating the flat and in noise reduction from outside, and a lot easier to clean too. There was a small manufacturing defect on one of the windows (missing the brass hooks) and RePlace had someone out very quick to follow up and fit the parts when they were available. The company owner is also very personable and gave ma a high degree of confidence beforehand. They were the most expensive option when I got quotes done for the work, but I think it was money well spent on a very professionally done job.

  We asked RePlace Windows to replace our old leaky tenement flat windows with triple-glazed tilt-and-turn windows and they did a fantastic job. Kai talked us through it and was patient and helpful as we asked questions about the process (unlike most window salesmen, which was a breath of fresh air!). Installation was timely (with plenty of flexibility on the installation date) and highly efficient, with all 5 windows being replaced in roughly 7 hours. Two of the windows had been damaged during production (which is out of the hands of RePlace windows), but they sorted this out within the week free of charge at no great inconvenience to us. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are competitive. If you're reading this and weighing up your options, I encourage you to look no further and choose this company --- they're simply fantastic.

  Received a few quotes for new windows. We decided on Re:place Windows. Scott arrived and slowly and clearly explained the whole process to us. He also showed us an example of the window and handle and gave us a demonstration of how heat escapes from older style windows using a heat lamp. He measured and gave us a complete cost whilst there. After we had agreed to commence , all the windows were measured again a few days later so they could customise them. They also come with a 10 year guarantee. We waited 6 weeks as the windows had to be ordered, which was less time than other companies had quoted, so was very acceptable. The fitters arrived , Marcus , Mathew and Paul. They were friendly, respectful of our property, very professional and cleared up any mess when they were finished. They kept us informed of what they were doing every step of the way and checked each time to make sure we were in agreement. They worked without any breaks and did an absolutely fabulous job. The windows look beautiful and the finish was superb. This is a small company and they listen intently to everything you are asking for and go above and beyond to make sure they deliver. I would highly recommend Re:place Windows.!! 😁

  I had 5 large windows + window sills replaced in a top floor flat with RePlace, due to issues with rot and poor insulation. Scott provided the initial quotation and was very communicative throughout, always happy to answer any questions. The installation team did a great job, I had been sure there would be at least some damage to the surrounding paint but everything was left incredibly neat and tidy. Everything was very swift needing only two mornings out of the two days booked in. They also had to contend with a broken lift and carried everything up and down 4 flights of stairs, but they got the job done!
  We will see how the windows perform over winter but for now they look great.

  Replace windows did a gorgeous job on our sash windows. Our experience from start to finish was extremely relaxed and stress free. No hard sales tactics (which we did experience from other companies who quoted), no pressure to sign up. We weren’t asked for any money upfront (not the case with other companies who quoted) and they gave us an installation date as soon as we committed, which they stuck to with no issue.

  I was delighted with my new porch; the quality of the workmanship and the product is excellent. The process from start to finish was straightforward. It began with a visit from Kai, who talked me through the options and listened to what I was looking for. I was happy with the price, and after discussing with Kai and reviewing the Google reviews, I was more than happy to sign the contract. I had a few questions before the installation day, and the team at Replace Windows were more than happy to answer them. On the installation day, a team of two managed to remove the old wooden porch and replace it with the new one within the same day.

  Very smooth process right from contacting them on the phone, the first meeting with Scott, right through to installation. Discussed different options that were available and what would best suit my property and would be beneficial. Very reasonably priced too. No pressure whatsoever. I was then contacted with a date of installation and a further contact a few days before with time and who would be installing. On the day of installation Craig and his colleague removed and installed the new windows, with very little mess whatsoever and the old windows were removed from the property by them... so no need to worry of how to dispose of myself. They were both very professional and Craig took me round each window to see if I was happy with them and also demonstrated how to operate etc. The windows have made a huge difference, it's like night and day... they look beautiful and enhance the rooms now. This is a very professional company, who don't do the hard sell! The place was left spotless and I have already recommended them to others. Lastly a percentage of the cost goes to a choice of two charities which I thought was really kind gesture.

  Jack & Barry turned up on time, varied out their jobs, really well, good team. Stripped out my entire internal main door wall. The wall was full of dry rot wood. Replaced it with superbly measured double glazed units. I would highly recommend this company. Honest reasonable quote given by Kai. I had an issue with a electric meter, which delayed the project, Kai supported me, through this difficult time.

Firstly the quality of the windows and doors are brilliant and have made such a difference to the warmth and security of our house. Marcus and his team of installers, were just great so careful from prep work and worked constantly for the 3 day install. They never stopped from when they arrived and always cleaned up every night.   11 windows in 3 days at minus 2 degrees temperature Well done to Jack and Barry including very awkward kitchen window.
  Kai visited our house for initial estimate then after further quotes we visited Kai at the showroom to look at all our options. I would definitely advise visiting the smart showroom where Kai explained the process and options.
  A mention for the surveyor Harry who visited our house and carefully made sure the measurements required were accurate as our existing trim hid the actual opening sizes
  I received a call from Lyn to confirm the agreed date and the names of the fitters who turned up on time as agreed.
  On completion they had a small piece of trim missing and Lyn called to confirm the guys would be back in a days time which they were and on completion the guys called Kai who confirmed with me all work was complete.
  I felt comfortable talking to Kai with no pressure and the good humour of Jack and Barry made the process easy

  A really great service from an excellent company. The sales process was easy and we didn't feel pressured at all. We were given a good price and a contract with no payment until after the windows were complete.
  We had to wait a couple of months for installation, but the day of the install was fine - as disruptive as you would expect, but the two workmen, Barry and Jack, were great. They also cleaned up after themselves really well so there was minimal effort from us.
  The windows are great and I am really impressed with the level of customer service provided. We got a courtesy call after installation and time to discuss any issues we may have had, but overall they were great!
  We are also very appreciative of the ten year guarantee!

  Great experience from start to finish! Scott was fantastic and very knowledgeable taking the time to show and explain the different options they had available. The whole process was so much quicker than I could have imagined and Scott kept in regular contact to provide updates on the progress of the order and checking in when the job was complete. The fitting team were excellent getting the job done very quickly and tiding up after they had finished each day. I noticed a slight manufacturing issue in one of the units and when I pointed it out to the team a replacement unit was ordered in minutes, nothing was too big an issue! The triple glazing is a huge upgrade from the previous windows and I can already feel/hear the difference. So pleased with the finished product and the 10 year guarantee on all parts is also a huge selling point! Would thoroughly recommend Re:place windows to anyone!

  A difficult, big project in an old house with huge windows one of which was stained glass which we wanted to retain. We also wanted accoustic glazing in addition to double glazing.
  From the initial visit we were impressed by the knowledge and advice on offer and the competitive price we were offered.
  The installation team were hard working, easy to get on with and left the house spotless every day.
  The project started and finished on time.

The advice is very honest and focussed on what works best for your home and preferences. The build quality of the windows and doors is very good - on the first window installed we were amazed at the soundproofing. And the price for this quality is very reasonable. The team of fitters were excellent, very respectful of our home and flexible to factor in some bespoke features. We’d also needed a new concrete window sill built in and this was also done (very well) by the team. The communication from the company is very positive and thorough throughout and any small after sales issues promptly dealt with - very happy.

  Had four windows fitted on Wednesday. From getting a quote - very reasonable - and info from Kai everything has gone really really smoothly. We have been kept fully informed, by e-mail, about when/how the work was to commence. On the day, the two fitters, Barry and Kevin, were magnificent. They explained again how they intended to compete the work; they covered all our carpets and flooring with protective film; and then got on with the job quickly and efficiently. They were very nice, personable guys and it was a pleasure to have them do the work. When they were finished, they tidied up inside and outside before showing us the finished job. We were very impressed with them.

  Excellent service and quality. We received quotes from a number of different companies however Kai from replace was one of the few who seemed to genuinely care about the job rather than just worrying about targets and bad mouthing competitors. Kai not only came across brilliantly in the initial meeting but done everything possible to support us in getting the windows in pre the birth of our son.
  The windows were then fit as and when Kai had said and the fitters have done an excellent job. Overall both my partner and I are delighted.
